The platform targets WCAG 2.2 Level AA across both the public site and the future administration experience.

• Full keyboard operation, visible focus, a skip link and a logical heading order.
• Motion is decorative, brief and removed under a reduced-motion preference.
• Persian renders as genuine right-to-left composition rather than a mirrored afterthought.

Automated checks are necessary but not sufficient. Manual screen-reader, keyboard, zoom, mobile and Persian RTL testing remains a release gate, and this statement cannot be finalised until that review is recorded.
