This site collects nothing. It serves no cookies, runs no analytics, loads no third-party resource and exposes no form endpoint.

• When collection begins, each form will carry a notice naming its purpose, recipients, retention period and contact.
• Accessibility, dietary and health-related details are treated as sensitive, minimised and deleted quickly after an event.
• Access, correction, deletion and consent-withdrawal requests will have a documented pathway and a named steward.

The publishable privacy notice requires the legal owner, privacy contact and applicable Macquarie process to be approved first.
